The server release has been rescheduled for January 18 due to the project feeling unfinished in its current state. The delay is intended to ensure the quality of the server meets expectations before the community begins the new journey.
LockMC is moving to a public format with no whitelist or application process to encourage community growth via server lists. To prevent cheating, new measures are being considered to block VPNs and prevent multiple accounts from joining on the same network.
The new website is finished and online, but some tabs will remain hidden until the server officially releases.
